GUARANTEE POLICY

A credit card or advance deposit is needed prior to day of arrival.  Credit card hold or advance deposit received will be held until 6 AM the following day.  If room is not cancelled, advance deposit will be forfeited or credit card will be charged for 1st night of reservation.  Reservations without a credit card hold or advanced deposit may be made with managers approval and held until  4PM ONLY the day of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to avoid a charge, you MUST cancel reservations 24 hrs. prior to arrival.

Children 12 & under stay Free with parent.
Pets Allowed -- ONLY with permission and an additional fee charge.  Sorry, absolutely No Hunting Dogs Allowed.

DISCOUNTS OFFERED

Senior, Corporate, Commercial, State & Federal Government, Military (must provide appropriate ID).

Weekly Rate--must stay 7 consecutive days or 4 days each for 2 weeks.
Monthly Rates--please call for information.
